ORGANISER FAQ

Partnership Details

What benefit does the exhibitor receive?

Exhibiting companies benefit from Redmono services under the partnership scope. The specific conditions (priority, promotional support, etc.) are defined mutually with the partnership model.

What are the organiser's operational responsibilities?

The organiser's role is limited to announcing the programme through their own channels. Briefing, quoting, design and delivery are handled entirely by Redmono.

How does the application and status reporting model work?

Interested exhibitors contact Redmono directly via the link shared by the organiser. Active requests and project statuses can be shared with the organiser in a mutually agreed reporting format.

How is data ownership and privacy managed?

Redmono uses project information received from exhibitors solely for service delivery. Information shared with the organiser is limited to the agreed reporting scope.

How is billing handled?

The service fee is invoiced directly between the exhibiting company and Redmono. No separate billing is directed to the organiser.

How is the referral fee or value-sharing model determined?

If a referral or commission model is preferred, commercial terms are explicitly defined by both parties during the partnership discussion. No rate is pre-fixed; terms are clarified based on the project and partnership scope.

Is there a minimum exhibitor requirement?

There is no fixed minimum exhibitor count requirement. Small-scale fairs and individual exhibitor applications are also considered.

Is white-label or co-branded use possible?

Depending on the organiser's request and partnership scope, deliverables can be presented under the organiser's brand or Redmono's brand. This preference is clarified at the initial discussion.

What are the delivery timelines?

Delivery timelines vary based on project scope and content volume. They are determined together with the exhibitor during the project brief.

How are cancellations and schedule changes handled?

Cancellation and revision terms are defined in the project agreement. For fair date-related urgent situations, direct contact with the Redmono team is recommended.
